"Just didn’t feel that reliable to me"
I tried using myisic.com.au, i didn’t come away feeling very confident about it. The site just felt a bit off, like it wasn’t as clear or reassuring as... I don’t know, other services I’ve used.
Maybe it works perfectly fine for some people, but I kept wondering who I was actually dealing with, which isn’t a great feeling. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they made the whole process and trust side a lot more obvious...

"Got It for the Discounts, but It Didn’t Really Pay Off"
I signed up for the card thinking it would be a handy way to save a little here and there. I pictured myself using it at places I already shop and feeling like I’d made a smart choice. At first, I did find a couple of deals that were actually useful, which was nice. But after a while, I started noticing that a lot of the shops I’d normally go to either weren’t included or only had a really tiny discount. It became one of those things where I’d check the offers, get mildly hopeful, and then realize there wasn’t much there for me. So while it wasn’t completely useless, the savings just felt too small to make it really worth it in my case.

"Felt a little weird about the data stuff"
I signed up, but honestly... I got uncomfortable fast with how much info they were asking for. The privacy details weren’t super clear either, so I ended up deleting my account. Not something I’d use again.

"I got the ISIC card thinking it…"
I got the ISIC card thinking it would make student discounts easier to access, but most of the listed partners I tried didn’t actually accept it. It ended up feeling like a reminder that a benefit is only helpful if it works in real life, not just on a list. For me, it was mostly a waste of time.

"Pretty easy and worth it"
I got my card and there weren’t any random surprise fees, which I really appreciated. The price seemed fair for what you get, actually, I was going to say just okay, but it does feel like decent value overall. Checkout was quick and simple too. I do wish the renewal cost was a little lower, but I’m still happy with it.

"Felt like they were just brushing me off"
I tried reaching out to myisic.com support it was frustrating. The replies took ages, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really seem like they’d read what I wrote properly. I had to keep following up myself, which made it feel like they were just hoping I’d stop asking or give up. Maybe that’s not what they intended, but that’s definitely how it came across. Not the kind of support I expected.

"Discounts sounded good, but using them is a pain"
I bought it mostly for the discounts, which looked useful at first, but the whole redemption process is confusing. One offer tells you one thing, then you click through and suddenly you're on a different page with different steps, and I’m sitting there trying to figure out if I need a code, a special link, or if I already missed it somehow.
I tried a couple of the benefits and ended up just giving up, which is annoying because that was kind of the point of signing up. The support pages didn’t really clear it up either, just more general info. And yeah, it feels like the details or the catch only show up once you’re already logged in and trying to use it.

"Super Easy to Use"
Using the card on my phone was painless. It did take what felt like forever to load one time, but other than that, it worked just fine and was easy to use.

"A Bit Slower Than I Expected"
The processing was okay overall, but I was expecting it to move a little faster. It wasn’t a huge issue, just not as quick as I had hoped.

"Too unreliable when you actually need it"
This app always seems to fail at the worst possible time. I’ll be standing in a shop trying to pull up my discount, and suddenly I’m logged out, the card won’t load, or the whole thing just sits there on a blank screen. I even tried reinstalling it, but nothing really changed. The website says everything is fine, but the mobile app is just way too unreliable for me. the canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type responses don’t make it any less frustrating when you’re stuck holding up the line. I wouldn’t count on it when you actually need it.

"I ordered the physical ISIC card..."
I ordered the physical ISIC card expecting it to take forever, so I was already kind of bracing myself to be annoyed. Then, out of nowhere, it was in my mailbox about a week later. So yeah, never mind, I’m impressed. Packaging was totally fine and the card looked just like the preview. The tracking updates could definitely be clearer, but overall I’m really happy with how it turned out

"Easy Enough to Use, Just a Little Slow"
The site was easy to get around, which was a relief because some websites make you dig through ten menus for no reason. I found the student card info quickly, so no complaints there. A few pages did take a little longer to load than I would’ve liked, and yeah, that’s always a bit annoying, but it wasn’t bad enough to make me give up or anything...

"Logging in was a nightmare"
I tried logging in a few times and it just kept sending me around in circles. Even the password reset didn’t fix anything, and I never got it working properly. It’s really frustrating when you just need quick access to your card or account details. Support wasn’t much help either, which made the whole thing worse. it’s made me lose trust in the app a bit.

"Confusing renewal process"
I tried renewing my card on myisic.com.au and it was way more confusing than it needed to be. The steps weren’t clear, and I kept getting bounced around instead of just being able to finish it. I also felt like nobody actually read the message or understood what I was trying to do, which made it even more frustrating. It took longer than expected, and even after all that I still wasn’t fully sure if the renewal had gone through properly. Not a great experience for something that should be simple.

"Had to double-check the listing info"
I had a bit of a frustrating time using the site. A few of the listing details didn’t quite match what I saw after clicking through, so I ended up checking things myself just to feel sure. It wasn’t completely unhelpful, but I would’ve felt a lot better if the information had been more consistent and reliable. It just made it harder to trust what I was looking at.

I reached out about an issue with my card and it just felt like such a hassle. The replies were slow, nothing really got sorted the way it should have, and I kept having to follow up over and over. Just left me feeling annoyed about the whole thing...

This was kind of frustrating at first. It didn’t work right away, and I had to mess with it a few times before it finally did what it was supposed to do. At least it worked in the end, but I definitely wish it had been smoother from the start.

I signed up on myisic.com.au thinking it would all be straightforward, but the refund information left me confused. I had to click around for a while and still wasn’t totally sure what actually qualified for a refund or when I’d be able to get my money back.
Support did respond, but the replies kind of made me feel like I should’ve already known the answer, which was a bit off-putting. It’s not the worst site or anything, but if you’re unsure and just want clear answers before paying, it can feel more frustrating than it needs to be.

"Pretty easy overall"
The application was simple, at least I think it was. It didn’t take me too long to get through. I just filled in my details and uploaded the documents they asked for. There was one part that confused me a bit, unless I just missed something obvious, but overall it worked fine and I managed to finish it without too much trouble
